Associate dentist & possibility of purchase - Laval (Chomedey)

Position: commission-based with possibility of purchasing the clinic.

Status: full-time (minimum 4 days/week, including 1 evening, either Monday or Wednesday).

Start date: June 1, 2025.

Compensation: based on a percentage of fees billed, thus competitive income potential.

Equipment: state-of-the-art technology (digital radio with Cadi system, CEREC, laser, iTero scan, Progident dental software, CBCT 3D scan, PRF, 3D printer).

Team: pleasant atmosphere and competent team. 3 hygienists including 1 treatment plan coordinator, 5 assistants, 3 secretaries and 1 manager.

Responsibilities and expectations: provide a full range of high quality general dental care to patients of all ages in a multidisciplinary practice; establish personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients; maintain accurate and complete records in accordance with ODQ standards; work closely with our team of hygienists and assistants to ensure an exceptional patient experience; work with a multicultural team and patient population; participate in clinic meetings and activities; supervise hygiene examinations; accept and understand our corporate values; be dynamic, dedicated and proactive.

Requirements: ODQ member in good standing; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; commitment to continuing education and professional development; experience preferred, but recent graduates are also welcome!
