You must contact us when a new dentist or a new office needs to subscribe, when the office closes or changes its address or software supplier, when a dentist leaves or when the office ceases electronic transmission. Remember to specify the date on which these changes will be made because, if a specific date is not provided, the change will be made on the day that the information is received.

Réseau ACDQ manages a database with over 4,500 dentists and nearly 2,000 dental offices in Quebec. To ensure that electronic transmission works seamlessly and meet its commitments, the information it sends to insurers and communication networks must be exact and up to date.
