• The dentist must be a member of Dentaide.
• The insurer must be a member of Dentaide.
• The group (the insured's employer) must offer its employees the Dentaide direct payment option.
• At the time of transmission, you must receive a "detail of benefits" with a confirmation number AND the amount reimbursed.
Remember that you must be a member of the ACDQ to benefit from Dentaide's services.
